PM Shift Weekend Requirement:

Every other weekend What You'll Do As a CNA, you will play an important role in helping our residents live a life filled with purpose, dignity, comfort, and connection.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing compassionate, individualized care to our residents. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, dining, mobility, and positioning. Helping residents look and feel their best while encouraging independence and maintaining their highest possible level of function. Promoting resident safety by following proper infection control policies and procedures. Building positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members. Remaining calm and professional in stressful situations while maintaining a positive, "can-do" attitude. Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions as appropriate. Supporting a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for our residents. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is compassionate, energetic, professional, reliable, and committed to providing excellent resident care.

CNA candidates must have:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant certification in accordance with state requirements. Ability to work every other weekend. Compliance with applicable state Health Care Worker Background Check requirements. Proficiency in the technical skills required of a nursing assistant. Ability to relate positively and favorably to residents, families, visitors, and team members. A dependable and team-oriented approach to resident care.
