Job Description
Our mission is to be the Preferred Senior Living Provider offering value, choice and independence while promoting health and social interactions, to exceed our residents' and guests expectations while enriching the lives of those we serve and employ. As a PM CNA Leader you will assist with various duties to enhance the C.N.A experience from job coaching to assistance in filling in scheduling vacancies. On the floor you will work under the direction of a licensed personnel to provide routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with applicable regulations as well as the resident's care plan, assist residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene and other individual needs and understand and practice all aspects of residents' rights including the maintenance of comfort, privacy, communication, and dignity in the delivery of services to them. As a lead CNA you will assist the other lead CNAs in creating a supportive and fun work culture. We are looking for a CNA with experience who is looking to take the next steps in leadership.
