This opportunity is well suited for an experienced caregiver who prefers working evening hours and enjoys helping seniors maintain their routines, comfort, and independence at home.

YOUR ROLE

You will be an important part of the client's daily routine, providing dependable assistance while creating a safe and comfortable environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Providing personal care and hygiene support Assisting with dressing, grooming, and toileting Providing mobility assistance and safe transfers Supporting evening meals and meal preparation Providing companionship and social engagement Offering medication reminders as outlined in the care plan Helping with the client's evening routine Assisting with light housekeeping related to the client's care Supporting fall-prevention and home-safety practices Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition Following the client's individualized care plan Communicating appropriately with the office and care team

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome candidates with experience as: CNA

•Certified Nursing Assistant Caregiver HHA

•Home Health Aide Personal Care Assistant Private Duty Caregiver Home Care Aide We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate and patient Dependable and responsible Comfortable providing hands-on personal care Experienced with senior or in-home care preferred Able to assist with ADLs and mobility Comfortable working independently in a client's home Professional when communicating with clients and families Willing to follow care plans and required care procedures
