Our multidisciplinary team is committed to enhancing patient well-being and promoting optimal health outcomes. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Massage Therapist, CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), or Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for patient service and a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques, anatomy, and physiology. In this role, you will deliver high-quality therapeutic treatments, help with modalities, and contribute to a positive healing environment. This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive setting focused on pain management and occupational health. Duties Perform therapeutic massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy to alleviate pain and promote relaxation. Assist healthcare providers with patient care activities, ensuring comfort and safety during treatments. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments administered and patient progress in compliance with clinic protocols. Educate patients on post-treatment care, pain management strategies, and wellness practices. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms in accordance with health regulations. Support the clinic's mission by delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a welcoming environment for all patients. Experience Proven experience as a Massage Therapist, CNA, or Therapy Assistant within a medical or spa setting; med spa experience is desirable, but not necessary. Training will be provided. Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to therapeutic practices. Skilled in various massage modalities such as deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy aimed at pain relief. Familiarity with patient service protocols, assessment procedures, and occupational health standards. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations. Experience in pain management techniques and understanding of anatomy-related treatment approaches is preferred.
