Your schedule and responsibilities will depend on the individual care plan, but your day may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care Helping with meals and light housekeeping Providing companionship and conversation Assisting with walking, mobility, and daily routines Helping clients stay active and engaged Providing reminders and support throughout the day Following the client's established care plan Reporting changes, concerns, or important updates to the office Maintaining accurate documentation of the care you provide Above all, you'll help create a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment where clients can maintain as much independence as possible. We are looking for individuals who are: Compassionate and genuinely enjoy helping others Patient and respectful Dependable and accountable Comfortable providing one-on-one care in a client's home Able to work independently while following a care plan Flexible and willing to travel to different client locations Experience At least 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred. Experience as a caregiver, CNA, HHA, private-duty caregiver, or home care professional is highly valued but not required. You Must Have Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Current auto insurance CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
