Certified Nursing Assistants Job Summary:
FULL TIME OR PART TIME DAY SHIFT
(7AM TO 3PM)
OR PM SHIFT
(3PM TO 11PM).
INCLUDES ROTATING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
We are seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Serenity Estates of Lincolnshire, a beautiful long-term care facility in Lincolnshire, Illinois. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), vital signs, and medication administration Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents, adhering to infection control and safety protocols Assist with residents' daily routines, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care and services Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Assist with passing meal trays, feeding. Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with residents and their families Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
Requirements:
Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois High school diploma or equivalent required Current CPR certification Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with maximum care and safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Ability to work rotating weekends and rotating holidays Ability to work collaboratively within a team enviornment
