Compensation:
$18.00 - $27.00/hour At Deaconess Illinois Medical Center, our CNAs are essential to delivering compassionate, high-quality care. In this role, you'll work closely with nurses and care teams to provide hands-on support and comfort to patients—making a real difference every day. What You'll Do Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding Take and record vital signs accurately Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning Support patient comfort and overall well-being Observe and report changes in patient condition Help maintain a clean, safe care environment Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver quality care Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members Qualifications Required Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification High School Diploma or equivalent
