Your Responsibilities:
Provide Direct Resident Care- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding. Monitor & Report Changes
- Observe residents' conditions and report any concerns to nurses. Ensure Comfort & Safety
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Engage with Residents
- Offer companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life. Follow Care Plans
- Work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver excellent care.
