Job Summary:

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled CNA to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a CNA, you'll provide resident care and support with activities of daily living, while ensuring the highest level of quality care and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration Provide personal hygiene care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and showers Assist with ambulation, turning, positioning, and transfers Monitor resident stability by checking vital signs and weights; record intake and output Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff Document care using required forms, reports, logs, and records Maintain resident privacy and dignity in compliance with HIPAA guidelines Follow professional standards, company policies, and federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements:

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification per state requirements Long-term care experience preferred Current CPR certification required Ability to read, write, speak, and understand
