Eagle's View Supportive Living and Memory Care Rantoul, IL Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Shifts Available:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM About the
Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team at Eagle's View Supportive Living and Memory Care. In this role, you will provide hands-on care and support to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and overall well-being. You will work closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care while helping create a warm, respectful, and supportive environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois High school diploma or equivalent Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or supportive living Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure and temperature Assist with medication administration under the direction of a licensed nurse Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Skills for

Success in this role requires compassion, reliability, and strong attention to detail. Excellent communication skills will help you build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
