Works closely with Data Analytics Chief Office and Applications Team. This position supports Data Registries, dashboard development and maintenance, and a variety of data-driven projects to enhance operational, clinical, and business performance. Promotes self-service analytics for customer adoption, understanding and use of data. Supports design of programmatic analyses and reporting capabilities in addition to business requirements as directed. This position supports data quality and data stewardship functions to maintain data accuracy and identify new metrics. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/COMPETENCIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Requires the ability to data mine, interpret, understand, and summarize data. Constructs data sets, monitors data quality, troubleshoots and resolves database issues to ensure data integrity. Designs and executes clinical data collection and reporting systems. Utilizes scripting and querying tools like Python, R or SQL, data visualization/BI tools, statistical methods, and data modeling to produce reports, data files, and dashboards. Collaborates with stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements. Utilizes quality and performance benchmarking to achieve results. Performs other position related duties as assigned. Employees shall adhere to high standards of ethical conduct and will comply with and assist in complying with all applicable laws and regulations. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in a Healthcare or related field ( Nursing, Medical Assisting, etc. .) preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare analytics preferred. Clinical Urology experience preferred Experience with both healthcare claims and clinical data.
