Family-owned and locally operated Best Place to Work for seven years Senior Gems® dementia training and ongoing education Career growth and supportive office staff How you'll help Provide non-medical, in-home care that helps seniors stay comfortable and supported: Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance Walking, mobility, and safe transfers Meal preparation and medication reminders Companionship and engaging activities Support for clients living with Alzheimer's or dementia Transportation to appointments and errands Light housekeeping and laundry Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable car available for traveling to clients and providing transportation as needed Current auto insurance At least 18 years old Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Authorized to work in the United States Ability to work in Brownsburg or surrounding communities Compassionate, dependable, and professional Willingness and ability to provide personal care and assist with the duties listed above Preferred qualifications Current Indiana CNA certification or HHA certification Professional caregiving or home care experience Dementia care experience CPR certification Weekend availability CNA certification is welcome but is not required for this caregiver position.
