Career growth opportunities Great Place to Work® — seven years in a row How you'll help Support seniors in their homes with: Companionship, conversation, and engaging activities Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Meal preparation and feeding assistance Medication reminders Light housekeeping and laundry Mobility and transfer assistance Alzheimer's and dementia care support Transportation to appointments and errands Safety supervision and fall prevention support Requirements At least 18 years old Valid driver's license Reliable car available for travel to clients and transportation as needed Current auto insurance Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to speak and understand English for client communication and care instructions Dependability, compassion, and professionalism Willingness and ability to assist with personal care and the duties listed above Preferred qualifications Current Indiana CNA certification or previous caregiving experience One or more years of caregiving experience CPR certification or willingness to obtain TB test for CNA applicants CNA certification is not required for this caregiver position.
