We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Leader to provide leadership, team support, mentoring, and excellent patient care. This role includes maintaining a full time caseload with a combination of First Steps visits and clinic visits at our Chesterton location, working with children ages 0-18. You'll employ innovative therapy techniques and collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to help children reach their full potential.
Requirements:
Minimum of a Masters degree, 3-5 years experience in Occupational Therapy Certification and state licensure in good standing Willingness to obtain Early Intervention credentialling (we will assist you with this process) Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude Initiative, problem solving skills, and effective time management Commitment to our values and mission
