Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents. This position will provide basic, direct resident care under the supervision of a licensed nurse and assist in the maintenance of the resident's environment and unit. As a CNA for the Heritage Center & Horizons Rehabilitation, you will assist the nurse in a variety of nursing functions, including but not limited to transferring, personal hygiene, feeding, and activities of daily living.
