Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; hours may vary based on the day's workflow

Pay:

$24.50/hour, with a pay increase after 4 months

Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Clinic Team Lead to provide leadership and support to a busy medical clinic. The Team Lead will assist with daily workflow, support staff, address patient concerns, and help maintain excellent patient care and customer service. Requirements 3+ years of leadership experience in a medical clinic setting. Hospital leadership experience alone does not meet this requirement. Must hold an active, verifiable credential in one of the following:

CMA CCMA QMA RMA CNA ABR-OE

Must be able to provide verification that the credential is active. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead, coach, and support clinic staff. Professional demeanor and excellent patient service skills. Ability to maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality. Responsibilities Lead and support clinic staff. Assist with daily assignments and workflow. Help resolve patient concerns and staff questions. Assist with training and onboarding. Monitor workflow and identify areas for improvement. Support scheduling, registration, and other clinic operations. Maintain a professional and team-oriented environment.
