  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
  • Observe and report any changes in patient condition or behavior to the nurse
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as wound care and catheter insertion
  • Administer medications under the direction of a nurse
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients ```Requirements```
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of a nursing assistant training program
  • Current certification as a nursing assistant (CNA)
  • Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology
  • Experience in memory care and acute care settings preferred
  • Familiarity with inhale, suture, aseptic technique, eClinicalWorks, ICU, Epic, and medical office procedures is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
