Responsibilities:

Follow the patient's individualized Plan of Care Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide mouth and denture care Assist with meals and light housekeeping Offer companionship and emotional support Assist with toileting and transfers in/out of bed Safely operate a Hoyer/lift for patient transfers when needed

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old CNA license, Home Health Aide certification, or 1+ year caregiving experience preferred Reliable transportation Valid Indiana driver's license and current auto insurance Ability to pass a background check Compassionate, dependable, and strong communication skills Ability to safely use a Hoyer/lift for transfers Why Join Comfort Home Health?
