As a Certified Nurse Aide , you'll contribute to our success in the following ways: Provide hands-on personal care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily activities. Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure. Help patients safely walk, transfer, and use mobility equipment. Follow each patient's individualized care plan. Monitor and report changes in a patient's condition to the care team. Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. Remind patients to take medications as directed. Respond appropriately to emergency situations and follow safety and infection control guidelines. Maintain accurate documentation, protect patient privacy, and participate in required training. What is Required? Current State certificate as a Home Health Aide certification or Certified Nursing Aide certification Ability to frequently lift, push, pull, and support up to 50 pounds, including positioning or transferring patients and moving equipment Must possess a valid driver's license, maintain an acceptable driving record, OR have reliable transportation to travel between patient homes and assigned work locations.
