Responsibilities:

Provide home healthcare services in client's residences Assist with client's personal care activities Assist clients with mobility Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital Maintain client's care records and document provided services Instruct and counsel clients and families on diet and exercise Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Skills:

Proven working experience as Home Health Aide or CNA Ability to monitor vital signs Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards Caring and compassionate personality Current CPR certificate First Aid training Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
