Overview Join our compassionate healthcare team as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Home Health Aide (HHA), where your dedication will directly impact the well-being and comfort of our patients. In this vital role, you will provide personalized care to individuals in our assisted living community. Your energy and empathy will help create a safe, supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using proper manual handling techniques and equipment like Hoyer lifts. Monitor vital signs and observe changes in patient conditions, accurately documenting findings. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient service and understanding of care plans. Maintain a clean, safe environment by adhering to aseptic techniques and infection control protocols across all care activities. Provide meaningful activities and events for our residents. Qualifications Valid certification as a CNA or HHA with current state licensure or registration. Want to become an HHA? Training on the job. Prior experience caring for geriatric patients or those with chronic conditions such as dementia or infectious diseases is highly desirable.
