Available Shifts 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Days) 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Nights) Pay $18-22/hour , based on experience Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team. Take and record vital signs as directed. Provide compassionate care while maintaining resident dignity and independence. Assist with transfers, repositioning, and mobility. Maintain accurate documentation. Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to provide exceptional resident care. Follow all infection control and safety protocols. Qualifications Active Indiana CNA certification. Current CPR certification preferred. Previous skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or behavioral health experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
