Role:

As a CNA at Munster Med-Inn, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff Assisting with mealtime and feeding patients as needed Maintaining a safe and clean environment by adhering to infection control practices Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and respect by promoting a positive and supportive environment Participate in patient education and support, as needed Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations Respond to patient calls and requests in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Indiana High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
