We rely on our Activities Assistant to collaborate with dedicated staff to ensure resident satisfaction and happiness, as well as, promote positive relationships between residents, families, and staff. Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities:

Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.

Complete required documentation as assigned.

Contribute to resident care planning preparation.

Provide individual programming as assigned.

Maintain recreation department supplies and equipment

Work with volunteers as assigned

Assist with planning and leadership of special events

Qualifications:

Knowledge of the practical application of recreation service programs.

Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and to work cooperatively with other employees at all levels.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information.

CNA license in good standing.

Prior Memory Care experience preferred.
