Responsibilities Provide supportive care services in client's homes Perform domestic and household tasks Transport and accompany patients to doctors office or to hospital (if willing) Remind clients of important medications they need to take Assist with client's personal care activities Maintain patients care records and document provided services Assist clients with mobility and physical therapies/exercises Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support Bring a smile to the faces of our clients Skills CNA Required Ability to monitor vital signs and discern reporting or responding to changing or unstable conditions Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards Proficiency in English Caring and Compassionate personality an absolute MUST Commitment and Integrity an absolute MUST Valid driver's license Must be

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
