PRN (As Needed) Job Summary Clay County Medical Center is currently seeking an experienced, patient-centered Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for a PRN position to assist during periods of high census or when full-time staff are unavailable. This role supports high-quality patient care in a hospital and/or emergeny department setting and works closely with nursing and clinical staff. Qualifications Current Kansas CNA certification in good standing Eligible to work as a CNA in the state of Kansas Minimum of 1 year hospital and/or emergency department experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused Responsibilities Assist patients with activities of daily living Support nursing staff with patient care tasks Maintain patient comfort, safety, and dignity Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Follow hospital policies, procedures, and safety guidelines Pre-Employment Requirements Post-offer physical examination Urine drug screen Background check Why Join Clay County Medical Center?
