Shift:

Day Shift Schedule:

Tuesday:

7:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Wednesday:

4:00 PM-8:00 PM (30-minute break)

Thursday:

7:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Sunday:

7:00 AM-6:00 PM (1-hour break)

Responsibilities:

Provide direct resident care, assist with activities of daily living, support mobility and transfers, monitor and report changes in residents' conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and promote a safe and comfortable environment.

Requirements:

Active CNA certification and the ability to work the scheduled shifts. Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or a senior living setting is preferred.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
