CRNA | 26 Weeks/Year | 50/50 Partnership Opportunity | Rural Kansas Our rural Kansas medical center promoting an exceptional opportunity for a CRNA to join forces and partner with an extremely talented existing CRNA of five years with our Surgical / OB teams. We seek a willing and able 50/50 partner who will work 26 flexible weeks per year. We are willing to consider an employed model for the right candidate but is very comfortable and used to a 1099 relationship. Position highlights Our Pain Management Program is robust, and we are willing to train a new candidate with that interest, adding another income possibility. Our rural hospital has stayed very well equipped through the years and in 2019 opened a state-of-the-art Emergency Department and new OB suites. We have new diagnostic equipment throughout our facility, and have a growing orthopedic service line, and we offer exceptional General Surgery. About KRRC The Kansas Recruitment and Retention Center (KRRC) partners with hospitals, private practices, community health centers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), and other organizations to help strengthen the health care workforce in rural and urban under resourced communities across the State. KRRC services are designed to assist Kansas communities in recruiting and retaining physicians, dentists, pharmacists, physician assistants, APRNs, nurses, dental hygienists, allied health professionals, and behavioral health professionals. In addition to offering recruitment support for Kansas health care facilities and job search support to a variety of health care providers, the KRRC offers resources for CV/resume building, interview prep, and contract negotiation. Currently partnering with 55+ health care organizations, we serve as their initial point of contact and liaison in recruiting those seeking to serve in rural and urban underserved communities. About the facility Our hospital-employed position is part of a recently acquired independent practice that now consists of three advanced practice providers and four physicians. The team covers four Rural Health Clinics and a Critical Access Hospital, with an active OB Program.
