We are seeking a compassionate CNA/PRN Restorative to provide high-quality restorative nursing care across various settings, including long-term care, assisted living, memory care, and post-acute environments. Deliver personalized interventions to maintain or improve patient function. Assist with ADLs, mobility, hygiene, and catheter care. Monitor, document vital signs and patient responses using EMR/EHR systems. Administer medications and treatments following safety and privacy guidelines.
