Job Summary:

Provides direct care to residents for their daily living activities and ensures quality care is given.

Job Responsibilities:

Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurseCompletes required documentation in the electronic clinical recordObtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned

Job Qualifications and Skills:

Current nurse aide certification in good standing in the state in which the facility is locatedAbility to communicate effectivelyBasic computer skillsDemonstrates patience and empathy
