Responsibilities If you have recently earned your Certified Nursing Assistant ( CNA ) Licens e and have no prior experience, we encourage you to apply . Entry-Level CNA s are welcome to apply!
+ A ssist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and toileting
+ H elp with mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring patients to prevent skin breakdown , you may also feed patients who need assistance and monitor intake/output
+ T ake and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration), observe and report changes in a patient's condition to nurses, you may also help with wound care under the direction of an RN
+ S tock and maintain supplies in patient rooms, ensure the environment stays clean and safe
+ A ssist in transporting patients within the hospital Qualifications
+ Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate upon hire, preferred.
+ Current BLS ( AHA ) within 30 days of hire and maintain current.
+ Possesses knowledge of Medical Terminology.
+ Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred
