Key Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents. Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in residents' condition. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Follow facility policies and care plans. Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members.

Qualifications:
