CNA / PCA

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on care to clients (personal care, companionship, meals, light housekeeping).
• Mentor, train, and support new caregivers.
• Assist with scheduling, client updates, and quality assurance visits.
• Communicate closely with office staff to ensure the highest standard of care.

What We're Looking For:

• CNA or PCA certification (preferred but not required).
• Previous caregiving experience (2+ years preferred).
• Leadership qualities: reliable, encouraging, and a role model for others.
• Must pass background checks required by the state.
