Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, eating, and hygiene Support the nursing team by monitoring and reporting changes in resident conditions Take and record vital signs, weights, and input/output as directed Ensure residents' comfort, safety, and dignity at all times Maintain cleanliness of resident rooms and common areas Communicate effectively and compassionately with residents, families, and team members Participate in care planning and implementation under the direction of licensed nursing staff
Qualifications:
