Job Description

CRNA Kentucky September 25, 2026 Locum CRNA
  • Kentucky License Status Required
  • Active Kentucky license Certifications Required (BLS/ATLS/PALS etc.)

ACLS, PALS, BLS

CRNA/APRN
Shift times
  • 7:00 AM-3:00 PM (5x8s preferred); 7:00 AM-5:00 PM available if provider prefers 10-hour shifts Dates
  • Beginning 2/1/2027; Monday-Friday, 4 weeks/month; ongoing/full-time coverage Census
  • 24-27 rooms running daily EMR
  • EPIC Credentialing Timeframe? Approximately 2 months
  • Practice Model:
    Supervised.
  • Procedures / Blocks /
Lines:
CRNAs are not expected to perform their own blocks, spinals, epidurals, lines, etc.•
Required Case Types:
Healthy Peds, Neuro, Endo, Ortho, GYN, General, and Urology.
