Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) Bathing, grooming, and dressing Toileting and incontinence care Mobility assistance and transfers Meal preparation Light housekeeping Medication reminders Companionship and conversation Dementia and memory-care support Transportation and errands when appropriate Assisting with daily routines and household tasks Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition Following individualized care plans Communicating with the care team and client families Providing respectful, compassionate, person-centered care
