Works under the direction of the Hospice Director and Hospice RN's and is responsible for providing personal care assistance to Hospice patients.

Requirements:

High school graduate or GED required. Successful completion of nursing assistant course. Must have current CNA certification status. Previous work as CNA either in Home Care, Hospital, or Hospice preferred. BLS certification maintained.
