Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding patients Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and staff Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences and contribute to the development of patient care plans Weekend Baylor Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Requirements:
