Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at a 23-bed facility dedicated to retired Brothers of the Sacred Heart and Sisters of St. Joseph. This role is ideal for a team player committed to providing exceptional care in a supportive environment. The position involves working the night shift, with hours ranging from 16 to 24 per week, ensuring residents receive attentive and respectful assistance during overnight hours. Duties Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support. Monitor residents' health status and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff promptly. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents during overnight hours. Ensure a safe and clean environment, adhering to all safety protocols and facility policies. Support the nursing team with routine tasks to promote resident comfort and well-being. Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver high-quality care in a respectful and compassionate manner. Experience Prior experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant in a long term care or assisted living environment. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining excellent communication with the healthcare team. Strong teamwork skills, reliability, and a caring attitude are essential qualities for success in this role.
