Duties:

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper body mechanics and equipment
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients ```
