Come join our team! Come work in our award-winning Assisted Living Community. Summerfield of Hammond is looking for dedicated and compassionate CNA's/RA's to provide the highest standard of care excellence to our residents. Work each day in a unique, rewarding environment with a culture that values teamwork and support and room for growth. We are looking for Part Time 11pm - 7am. Rate $12.00 - $14.00 hourly with a Shift Differential on the weekends.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with ADL's and various forms of daily care according to their specific needs Monitor and document vital signs per policy Assist in maintaining resident care records by documenting timely and appropriately in the electronic record system Provide companionship and positive interaction daily with residents Work with other departments to provide a full scope of care to our residents daily Skills CPR certification Ability to take vital signs, document and report to nursing staff as applicable Prior experience in working with geriatric population if preferred Physical ability to walk, stand, bend and lift Must be able to socially interact with with resident in a compassionate and meaningful manner Dependability, punctuality and good work ethic is an absolute must Pay rate Rate $12.00 - $14.00 hourly with a Shift Differential on the weekends
