Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment by following aseptic techniques and infection control protocols. Collaborate with nursing staff to implement patient care plans effectively. Document patient information accurately in electronic health records. Assist in mobility and physical therapy exercises as directed by healthcare professionals. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members regarding patient status and needs. Qualifications Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) is required. Experience in assisted living or critical care settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy is essential for effective communication within the healthcare team. Familiarity with hospital medicine practices and systems is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate care to patients. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently when needed. Must be able to pass background checks as required by healthcare regulations.
