Role:
Lead and support the nursing team in delivering high-quality cardiovascular patient care in a fast-paced clinical environment. Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing coordination, workflow efficiency, and patient care processes. Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, and leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes and operational success. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, documentation requirements, HIPAA regulations, and quality initiatives. Serve as a mentor and resource for nursing staff while promoting professionalism, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture that supports efficient clinic operations and exceptional care delivery. Lead by example through effective communication, clinical excellence, and adherence to best practices. Support quality improvement and Lean initiatives to enhance workflow, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Help develop and mentor nursing staff through coaching, education, onboarding, and ongoing professional support. What Makes You a
Great Match:
Current, unencumbered Louisiana LPN license. Strong clinical skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced cardiovascular or specialty clinic environment. Leadership abilities with experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding team members. Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills. Commitment to accurate documentation, patient advocacy, teamwork, and high standards of care. BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred. Experience with EMR systems and maintaining compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations.
