Looking for 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. and 10:00 pm to 6:00 am shifts.

Duties:

Provides ADL's and other general care as necessary throughout the shift. Answers patients' call lights, anticipates patients' needs and makes safety rounds of patients. Demonstrates the ability to perform procedures within the CNA scope of practice per state law. Records weight and intake-output. Reports patient complaint of pain to nurse. Observes patient's mental and physical conditions, reports any changes to nurse. Knowledgeable of sterile techniques and infection control procedures. Performs all aspects of patient care in an environment that optimizes patient safety. Communicates in a clear and concise manner. Maintains a good working relationship within the department and with other departments. Documentation meets current standards and policies. Treat patient and families with respect and dignity. Demonstrates the ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations. Manages and operates equipment safely and correctly. Demonstrates the ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, to be accurate, and to handle constantly changing situations.
