Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide essential support to patients and assist with their daily activities. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers
- Help patients with eating and ensure they receive proper nutrition
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist in the maintenance of a clean and safe environment for patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Document patient information accurately and timely
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Successful completion of a Nursing Assistant training program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
