Hospice Aide/CNA

## Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential care and support to patients in hospice care settings, ensuring their comfort and dignity during their end-of-life journey. ## Duties

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the nursing staff
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients ## Skills
• Experience in hospice, home care, or nursing home is preferred
• Proficiency in patient service and caregiving
• Familiarity with medical records and documentation
• Ability to work effectively in diverse healthcare environments including long term nursing facilities , memory care, and patient homes.
