Job Duties:

Provide personal care and assistance with homemaking tasks in accordance with state and federal regulations

Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team

Communicate and follow up with supervisor and co-workers regarding patient needs, care, or concerns

Promote positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff

Qualifications:

Minimum of 18 years old

Completed High School or earned Equivalency Diploma

Successful completion of a formal certification training program or a written skills test and competency evaluation

Minimum of six (6) months' work experience in a direct care setting

CPR Certified

Have dependable transportation, current driver's license and auto insurance
