Job Responsibilities:
As a valued CNA on our team, you will: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding. Take and record vital signs , including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure. Help with mobility and transfers , including the use of wheelchairs, walkers, and lifts. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and residents. Observe and report changes in patient condition to nurses and office staff. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients. Follow all infection control practices and participate in training. Adhere to facility protocols, state regulations, and HIPAA guidelines .Qualifications:
- Current physical exam (within the last 12 months)

- Current and valid CNA certification

- At least 1 year of CNA experience
- Preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work effectively as part of a team
