Provide hands-on personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety and independence Monitor and report changes in client health, behavior, or condition to supervisors Prepare meals and assist with feeding according to dietary needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families Administer medication reminders and assist with prescribed care plansRequirements:
Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification in Massachusetts Prior experience in home care, assisted living. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting, transferring, and supporting clients Reliable transportation and ability to commute to client homes. Dementia care certification is a bonus Must pass a background check and meet state compliance requirementsAbout Us:
