$250 Position Summary Under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse, the CNA provides direct patient care and support services while contributing to safe, quality patient outcomes. The CNA works as part of the healthcare team and assists with the efficient operation of the patient care unit. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under RN supervision. Monitor patients and report changes in condition. Assist with patient comfort, call lights, and communication. Assist the IV team with PICC, midline, and PIV procedures. Support sterile setup, dressing changes, documentation, and equipment care. Maintain accurate patient documentation and required competencies. Assist with handoffs and support unit operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked patient care environment. Follow hospital policies, safety procedures, and infection-control standards. Qualifications 2+ years of acute/hospital CNA experience required. EPIC experience required. Locked psychiatric unit experience strongly preferred. Massachusetts CNA Certification required. BLS Certification required. Must have open availability . Candidates must not have another job while working this assignment. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
